1) APR = Annual Percentage Rate. The Introductory rate shown is fixed for the first 12 months of the loan starting on the closing date regardless of when the first draw may be made. After the introductory rate period, your rate will revert to its regular variable rate as determined by risk-based pricing. The APR for a Home Equity Line of Credit is variable and based on Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal, plus margin. Rates range from as low as 8.50% APR to 11.00% APR and will not exceed 16.00% APR over the life of the loan. Rates are valid as of 02/20/24. Introductory Rate has a Max CLTV of 80%. CLTVs of up to 90% are available at regular rates and terms. Membership at Velocity Community CU is required to open a HELOC. There is a $5 membership fee to join.
