Annual Meeting<\/h1>\n

Velocity Community Credit Union's Annual Meeting has been rescheduled due to the CDC's guidelines regarding social distancing.<\/p>\n

Notice of Annual Meeting<\/h2>\n

Join us on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 4:30 pm<\/strong> for our 62nd<\/sup> Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Community Room on the first floor of our Palm Beach Gardens branch at 2801 PGA Boulevard.<\/p>\n

The Nominating Committee, as proposed by the Chairman at the regular Board of Directors meeting in January 2020, presents to the members of Velocity Community Credit Union the following nominations for office:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Rick Emerson<\/td>\nThree Year Term<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Dan Guisinger<\/td>\nThree Year Term<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by one percent of the members (currently 221). To be effective, such nominations shall be accompanied by a certificate from the nominee or nominees stating that they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. Such nominations shall be filed with the clerk of the Credit Union at least 15 days prior to the annual meeting.<\/p>\n
