There are no balance transfer fees for the first 90-days after a new VISA account is opened, after that a fee of 2% of the transfer balance or $5 (whichever is greater) will apply. At the end of the introductory rate period, the account will convert to the standard variable rate as determined by creditworthiness. As of 04\/07\/26 rates are currently as low as 13.00% to 18.00% APR for the Low-Rate VISA or 15.00% to 18.00% APR for the Rewards VISA.
