2) New Money Definition: New money refers to funds transferred from another financial institution to Velocity Community Credit Union. Funds already on deposit with Velocity Community Credit Union do not qualify for this promotion and cannot fund the certificate. The certificate must be fully funded with new money; no mix of new and existing funds is allowed. Funds withdrawn and redeposited within 30 days do not qualify as new money.
