1. To qualify, a Business Partner employee must open a new loan of at least $7,500 or open a new checking account with a qualifying direct deposit of at least $750 payable to an account holder. The employee receives $100 for a qualifying checking account and/or $100 for a new loan. Mortgage loans and VISA credit cards do not apply. You must initiate contact through your Velocity Community Business Development Specialist to receive your bonus.
2. Applicant must provide verification of rate you have been offered by another financial institution to be qualified for a gift card. Rates will be based on the evaluation of the applicant’s credit. The information contained in this offer is deemed to be accurate at the time of publishing. Offer valid through December 31, 2023. Velocity Community Credit Union will beat the rate from another financial institution by at least 0.50% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) with a floor rate of 5.00% APR. Promotional rates do not qualify. The minimum amount financed must be $7,500. The financing term must be 72 months or less, OR the remaining term, whichever is greater.
Offer does not apply to loans currently financed with Velocity Community CU. Rate must be for a similar product and term. Loans subject to credit approval. If we approve you for credit but are unable to beat your rate by at least 0.50% APR, you will receive a $100 VISA® gift card.
